Complaints

To resolve disputes, misunderstandings and correct any misinformation or miscommunication, the Certification Board, Inc. (APCB, Inc.) uses this complaint form to help resolve problems. Please take your time in completing this form in its entirety, stating the facts or problems, as you see them, and the Board will respond within 60 days with a resolution to the problem. The Certification Board takes its responsibility to the addiction counselors of the State of New Jersey very seriously and will try to resolve your problem to the satisfaction of all concerned.

Issues not resolved by the Executive Director will be directed to the appropriate Board Committee for review and a response. Issues beyond a committee jurisdiction will be sent to the Executive Committee for resolution.
