Maintains and records business transactions in a nonprofit industry. Specialize in billing to the State of New Jersey, Division of Addiction and Mental Health Services (NJSAMS), Counties, and other state agencies such as Department of Corrections to include internal/external reports related to this billing. Follows bookkeeping procedures established by the organization. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks such as:
Place order to vendors (purchasing)
Record Purchase orders.
Reports to Department Head.
