Eva’s Village is seeking a case manager who will work under the direction of the Clinical Director to provide comprehensive case management services to clients in our Halfway house for Men programs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include provision of comprehensive case management services in areas including, but not limited to, coordination of medical care, social service entitlements, housing, legal, vocational, occupational assistance, etc. to women suffering with substance related and/or co-occurring disorders, chronic homelessness and other biopsychosocial conditions and complications.
High School diploma or equivalent with CADC certification or currently enrolled in a program leading to CADC certification.
Associate/Bachelor’s degree in human services field with one year of experience working in a substance abuse setting.
Life, Health, Dental & 403B
One to two years in a substance-abuse setting. The ideal candidate will be client-centered, detail oriented, have good documentation skills, and be a team player. Experience working with women and children a plus. Knowledge of client-centered, trauma-informed care preferred.
