Supervises all aspects of the proposal production process, including the final review and submission of all applications for current and/or future funds. Coordinates and manages new or current grant renewal requirements to ensure continuation of funding for the agency. Ensures research and analysis for the viability of prospective funding sources; recommends and applies accordingly.• Ability to: speak English (Spanish language a plus), as well as possess excellent oral and written English language skills; Familiarity with the Nonprofit Sector (Addictions Treatment a plus), the City of Newark, State of NJ and its Counties; Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; Ability to work with technology, software, hardware, internet; Perform tasks in a timely and professional manner, making all internal and external deadlines.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency; preferably Master’s Degree with relevant experience
• Current and Continued Professional Development specifically related to Grant Writing, Grants Development processes, and supervision;
• Possess a current and valid NJ Driver’s License which is in good standing.
