To ensure operations coverage during the midnight (third shift) 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M while the clients are sleeping; may include occasional day shifts whenever qualified to provide such coverage. Supervise and inspect designated facility(ies) for safety and cleanliness with report of findings, regular random head counts, immediate attention to crisis (to include medical emergencies) followed by the notification and reporting to appropriate authorities in accordance with procedures; understand and operate all Fire Alarm Box steps. Whenever necessary, oversee and document random urine monitoring of clients, as well as clear and appropriate oral and written communication to supervision. Strict adherence to the agency’s code of ethics, NJ statutes and regulations, and licensure & accreditation standards governing the facilities.
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency, 18 years of age or greater, with computer literacy; knowledge or enrollment in a CADC course of study leading to 270 hours of training with one year of knowledge or experience working in a substance abuse treatment facility. Must be Bilingual or understand Spanish and English with ability to demonstrate English oral and written skills.
