Licensed Clinician- to provide clinical leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to direct care staff. Will run groups, co-facilitate meetings, and carry a caseload. The Clinician will provide clinical supervision within the team and assess staff members' skill level and evidence-based recovery-oriented interventions by feedback and modeling. They will ensure that staff within the team comprehensively address persons served with mental health, recovery, and life support needs. The job requires flexibility to cover other duties as assigned.
