Description

Center for Family Services is seeking a full time Program Director/Lead Clinician to work in our school-based Lindenwold counseling program -Unconditional Support (US).  This program will provide student and district level support for student's identified as "at risk" for potential behavioral classification at the Lindenwold schools.  Candidates for this position must have a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related Master's Degree in the field of mental health along with a valid New Jersey license to practice. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish. LCSW or LPC required. Minimum 3 years of experience in direct care services and experiences in supervision required.

Location:  Lindenwold, Camden County, New Jersey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Director/Lead Clinician will be responsible to provide oversight of the program, supervision of program staff, act as a liaison between the program and school administration, and participate in monitoring and quality improvement of the program. They are also responsible for providing direct care to children and adolescents that includes individual therapy, group therapy, group psycho-education, and will be a resource to academic staff on emotional and behavioral impacts on the population. The program will be available to students enrolled in the four schools who are identified as at-risk and referred by the district as in need of prevention and/or intervention services.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of mental health issues, be knowledgeable in assessment, evidence-based treatment, trauma informed care, crisis management, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and Social Decision Making/Problem Solving (SDL). Excellent computer and organizational skills a must.

Requirements:
