OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:
Including but not limited to - effective assistance to the Food Services Manager in the oversight and day to day operations of the “Kitchen” such as three nutritional meals per day plus snacks, inventory, food orders, safety and sanitation, deliveries, its subsequent documentation, and reporting under the supervision of a registered dietician. Coordinate the client appointments for nutritional assessment and planning with Medical Department and Dietician. Other programmatic recommendations made by supervision. Strict adherence to agency, as well as professional Code of Ethics.
National or State Certification in Food Services or Dietary
Management preferred (preferably SERVSAFE) with at least one year
experience in food service. Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
with ability to demonstrate English oral and written skills.
