We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.

Senior Director of Women’s Residential Life

Schedule per week: Schedule to be determined (*On Call Responsibilities)

Location: Paterson, NJ travel required to Secaucus NJ

Job Summary:

The responsibility of the Senior Director of Residential Life is to consolidate the Residential Life (RL) services. To establish and maintain a clinically drive unified and congruent residential life department that oversees all residential programs operating in conjunction with but autonomous from the counseling department. The department will cross train as many residential life staff as possible to be capable of working with all programs to monitor and support residents/clients. Be available on-call 24/7 except when on scheduled vacation or assign an on-call staff.

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years' experience working in the field of addiction/mental treatment master's degree preferred plus two years' experience in addictions/mental health or Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor with 10 years of experience. Have CPR/First Aid certification or achieve CPR/First Aid certification within thirty days from the date of hire. Behavioral Assistance Certification a plus.
