Team Management 2000, Inc. (TM2K), is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit Behavioral Healthcare community based organization, licensed intensive outpatient treatment facility with headquarters in Hackensack, New Jersey.  Founded in 1999, we began delivering community based services with integrated substance abuse and mental health treatment programs since 2000. We began providing treatment programs to Bergen and Passaic Counties in 2004.  We have a  highly qualified clinical team servicing substance abuse and co-occurring client's with over 800 client admissions per year agency wide.

Today, our organization serves Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Hudson counties with multiple grant-funded programs aimed at servicing: At-risk youth, single parents, welfare families, individuals coping with drug addiction, families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, incarcerated populations, ex-offenders re-entering their communities, as well as individuals with disabilities seeking employment and benefits assistance.  TM2K has office locations in West Orange, Newark, Paterson and Hackensack NJ.
