C-Line Community Outreach Services, based in Jersey City and Paterson, New Jersey, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support and services to the community. We are a cooccurring MAT Program. Established in 1999 by Dr. Caroline Nelson, C-Line has significantly grown over the years, expanding its reach, securing more funding, and gaining greater community recognition. The organization specializes in counseling for mental health, substance abuse, and offers a wide range of other services aimed at addressing the needs of its clients.

Our philosophy at C-Line Community Outreach Services is centered on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are committed to servicing our clients to the best possible extent, ensuring individualized programs that cater specifically to the needs of every patient. Our goal is to be a vehicle for positive change, offering various lines of counseling services including addiction services, assessments and treatment plans, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and life skills training among others.
