Our experience. Maryville is the longest operating nonprofit substance use treatment agency in the state of New Jersey and is recognized as a leader in the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders. For more than 75 years, our holistic, evidence-based treatment approaches have helped bring hope, health and healing to those suffering from opioid, alcohol and other addictive substances.

We are licensed by the state of New Jersey, accredited by CARF International, and a member of the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies. Our treatment programs make sustainable recovery possible through individualized treatment plans and ongoing support services. Maryville staff devote themselves each day to helping people with substance use and mental health disorders reclaim their lives and maintain long-term recovery.

Our team. Our treatment teams bring specialized expertise and a shared commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices for long-term recovery. Due to our staff’s education, experience, compassion and commitment, individuals who have been served by Maryville consistently document high satisfaction levels with our programs and services.

Our accessibility. Outpatient programs in Turnersville and Vineland are accessible by public transportation as well as through telehealth. Additionally, our inpatient programs, located in Williamstown and Pemberton, are able to coordinate transportation when necessary.

Our mission. Everything we do is driven by our mission to help individuals and families improve their health and wellness by providing high quality integrated mental health, physical health, and substance use treatment, recovery supports, and education. Maryville is a private, non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. As a non-profit service provider, our first priority is always our clients’ well-being, not financial gain.
