Positive Health Care, Inc. (PHCI) is a not for profit community based organization that provides social services to people living with HIV. PHCI was formed in 1990, incorporated in 1992 and has been" changing lives" ever since. PHCI currently provides the following services: case management, substance abuse counseling, permanent housing, emergency shelter for men, food vouchers, emergency financial assistance for security deposit, rent arrears, and utility assistance.
