The SAFE Foundation is a nonprofit addiction treatment and prevention organization.  We operate State-licensed licensed outpatient drug, alcohol and gambling treatment programs in Brooklyn, New York and Eatontown, New Jersey as well as preventive services and community educational programming.  Safe’s client-centered and holistic approach includes an emphasis on family involvement.
