The Intake Coordinator conducts comprehensive substance use and mental health disorder assessments and then makes treatment referrals based on clinical need. These licensed clinicians will assess 30-35 clients monthly, with 3-4 assessments scheduled per day. The Intake Coordinator does not carry a caseload beyond the treatment referral. This role will require driving within a regional area to conduct in-person assessments. This licensed clinician is comfortable working with a complex and challenging population who have multiple needs and is driven to success through compassionate service delivery.
Positions are available based out of Cherry Hill, Vineland, Toms River, and Newark. Hybrid work from home schedules available once fully trained.

Experience
A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field with an LPC, LAC, LCADC, LCSW, or LSW is required in order to provide telehealth services. Must have a minimum of two years of co-occurring disorder experience and applied knowledge of The ASAM Criteria, 3rd Ed., and the DSM-5-TR.
