Position 1: Licensed Counselor (CADC, LCADC, LSW, LCSW)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Licensed Counselor with credentials such as CADC, LCADC, LSW, or LCSW to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals dealing with addiction and mental health challenges. The Licensed Counselor will work closely with clients, providing bilingual counseling services, and collaborating with our treatment team to support clients' journeys to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group counseling sessions in both English and [Other Language].
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in case management, including coordination with other service providers and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a CADC, LCADC, LSW, or LCSW.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and [Other Language].
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Position 2: Bilingual Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern (PaidStipend) - Part time

 

Position Overview:
We are also seeking a dedicated Bilingual Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern who is passionate about building a career in addiction counseling. This position offers hands-on experience in a supportive setting, allowing interns to work under the supervision of licensed professionals while making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling sessions in both English and [Other Language].
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in case management, including coordination with other service providers and community resources.

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a CACREP-accredited counseling program focused on substance abuse or addiction counseling.
