This position will provide direct counseling and case management services for our clients in our Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient substance use treatment program consisting of, but not limited to individual counseling, group facilitation, treatment planning, referral reporting, and discharge planning. Ongoing assessment for program eligibility, monitoring all aspects of care and patient services, and ensuring that the needs of patients are met.
Qualified candidates will be familiar with NJSAMS, SAMHSA, DMHAS and the use of an electronic health record; as well as have knowledge of DSM-5 and ASAM placement criteria.
Previous work experience in the substance use disorder field preferred.
