Be sure to check the expiration date on your certificate and submit the recertification form,copies of courses completed and the fee at least 60 days prior to the due date. The standard time frame that the Certification Board needs to perform its due-diligence for Recertification/Renewal reviews is approximately 60 days, from the time an applicant’s materials are received. However, extra time may be needed if materials are missing or if questions arise during the review process.
Copies of certificates may be submitted with the recertification application.
100% of the requirement recertification hours may be taken by approved distance learning.
$15 per month (or partial month) late fee for late applications. Please include the late fee when submitting your application.
After two years (24 months) of inactivity certifications will be terminated and will require a new application that includes new training and education requirements to be met. Pricing on website includes online payment convenience fee.
