The Ethiopia eVisa allows eligible foreign travellers to apply for an Ethiopian visa online before travelling. The application requires accurate personal and passport information, and applicants should use the same passport for their journey that was used during the application. Ethiopia's Immigration and Citizenship Service provides official online visa services and other immigration facilities. Travellers should check their nationality, travel purpose and visa requirements before submitting an application. Different purposes of travel can have different visa conditions, so applicants should select the appropriate category rather than assuming that every type of visit qualifies for the same eVisa. It is also important to check the approved visa carefully before travelling and follow the entry conditions stated by Ethiopian authorities.
