Understanding Russia eVisa Requirements is important before starting an application. Eligible foreign travelers generally need a valid passport and must provide accurate personal and travel information during the online application. A recent photograph and passport details may also be required. Unlike some traditional visa applications, Russia’s unified e-visa system does not generally require an invitation or confirmation. Applicants should make sure their passport information is entered exactly as it appears in their travel document. The Russian e-visa is available only to citizens of eligible countries, so nationality should be checked before applying. Travelers should also review the permitted entry points, validity period, duration of stay, and purpose of travel before submitting their application.
