<p>The Center for Change and Recovery is a small outpatient treatment facility in Middlesex, NJ.  We treat individuals who are experiencing substance dependence and mental health issues.  Our clients come from various referral sources including Drug Court, Probation, Parole, IDRC and DCPP. We also provide services for individuals who are self-referred. We accept various insurances.  We are currently seeking part time CADCs and LCADCs.  Knowledge of NJSAMS is preferred.  Timely documentation skills are required.  Salary is based on experience.</p>
