Community Rehab, in Freehold, NJ, is an substance use treatment center.  Currently, we offer an evening intensive outpatient and an outpatient program.  We take consumers referred by Drug Court, SAI, IDRC, Parole, and Probation.  We also take consumers with private insurance.  Consumers receive individualized treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders.  We urge 12-step program participation.
