Somerset Treatment Services is a private, non-profit agency based in Somerville, New Jersey, which provides outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Co-Occurring Disorder/psychiatric and HIV prevention and treatment services.

Throughout our more than fifty years of service to the community, we have sought to develop programs in response to the changing needs within the areas of substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and AIDS in our county. The overall philosophy of Somerset Treatment Services is reflected in the core values identified by the agency, which include: Dignity and respect for all clients, holistic care for clients, collaborative approaches to service delivery, self-development for clients and staff, and client advocacy and community involvement. Somerset Treatment Services shall seek to provide quality treatment and prevention services to all persons suffering from or at risk of suffering from the physical, emotional, or psychological consequences of substance abuse or HIV-related illnesses. Our goal is to assist clients to achieve healthy, productive, and meaningful lives. The agency will serve as a model of community partnership to promote these goals.
