Please make sure to send a copy of your existing certification certificate along with your application to increase the turn around time fo r the issuance of your new certification.
The standard time frame that the Certification Board needs to perform its due-diligence for Recertification/Renewal reviews is approximately 60 days, from the time an applicant’s materials are received. However, extra time may be needed if materials are missing or if questions arise during the review process.
Copies of certificates must be submitted with the recertification application.
100% of the requirement recertification hours may be taken by approved distance learning.
Please note that there is a $15 per month late fee for late applications. After two years (24 months) of inactivity certifications will be terminated and will require a new application that includes new training and education requirements to be met.
